Selectmen to consider approval of a Pledge Of License and Change of Ownership Interest for 38 Washington LLC d/b/a Kith & Kin located at 38-40 Washington Street.
Selectmen to approve a petition for special acts for additional liquor license for the sale of wine and malt beverages to Mullahy’s Artisan Chees & Specialty Foods located at 63A Main Street.
Selectmen to consider approval of the appointment of Gabriel Lopez as Full Time Communications Dispatcher for the Hudson Police Department at a Grade 10A, Step 1, effective September 25, 2018.
Selectmen to consider approval of the temporary appointment of Rebeca Reber as a yoga instructor for the Stretch Break class at the Hudson Senior Center at a rate of $50.00/hour.
Selectmen to consider approval of the temporary appointment of Linda Maher as aerobics/fitness instructor for the Hudson Senior Center at a rate of $50.00/hour.
Selectmen to consider approval of the appointment of Patricia Luoto to the Hudson Cultural Council for a term to expire on December 31, 2020.
Selectmen to consider approval of the appointment of Bob Olkin to the Hudson Cultural Council for a term to expire on December 31, 2020.
Selectmen to consider approval and authorization to sign a contract with Woodard and Curran for the design, bidding and construction oversight to replace the existing Marlborough Street water interconnection with the City of Marlborough in the amount of $32,000.
Selectmen to consider approval and authorize signing a contract with Affordable Care Services LLC, pursuant to the requirements for the Affordable Care Act.
Selectmen to consider approval and authorization to sign a contract with Walker Wellington for a Vaughn Chopper Pump for WWTF in the amount of $20,100.00.
Selectmen to consider signing the Warrant for the State Elections to be held on November 6, 2018.
Selectmen to consider signing the Warrant for November 2018 Special Town Meeting.
